Hi guys, our old housemate is heading overseas for a big adventure so we're looking to bring in someone new. Here's a bit of a summary...
Who we are:
- Brent is 25, gay, and about to graduate with a bachelor of Digital Design. Works part-time while he's studying but is about to land a graduate job at an agency here in the city.
- Elena is 22, also about to graduate with a bachelor of Digital Design. Works part-time as well, and might go on to do Honours or work full-time in design, but who knows!
What we're offering:
- 1 bedroom with a bed and mattress and a built-in wardrobe.
- The place is fully decked out with all your living requirements, all pretty top-notch. We have high-speed cable internet and a great entertainment system. Weirdly, one of us also has two pet Stick Insects but they stay inside her room.
What we're looking for:
- Someone in their 20's, preferably works full-time and is a pretty easy-going kind of person.
- We're looking for a housemate that we can get to know, have a few drinks with and ultimately become mates with.
The price:
- $240.00 per week.
- Bills not included in price (just electricity and internet).
