We are 3 girls looking for a tidy and friendly flatmate for our amazing and full furnished flat.
Our apartment has: air conditioner, washing machine, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, TV and so on. Two of us study full-time and work part-time, and one of us works full-time. This flat is situated in Southbank, right beside the Shrine of Remembrance and Botanical Gardens. The Shrine tram stop is 3 stops away from Flinders St station. Our apartment is a block away from St Kilda Rd (trams 3,8,16,64,67,72) and 2 mins walking to Kings Rd for trams number 1 and 55.
The room consists of 2 closets, a single bed and a bedside table. It is ready for you to decorate as you want. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool, a BBQ area, a gym and a new tennis court. This is a very safe and quiet area. We would prefer an English speaker please (you don't have to be a native speaker).
This is a room for one person as it only has a single bed. Please no sharing, no pets and no smoking.
The price for this room is $220 per week + $50 monthly for all the bills (unlimited internet, water, electricity, gas).
