A single room available in southbank in SOUTHBANK, Victoria for sale

Hi there,
I'm currently looking for a person to rent out a single room.
The apartment is located right next to the Eureka building,
where has easy access to tranports, shops and restaurants.
The place is really quite and not a party house so I hope the new
sharemate is also one of those people who is quite,clean and repectful.
The room is fully-furnished with one singlebed, a desk and built-in wadrobe.
The size of the room is reasonable for single room, but not really big or really small.
In the building, there are Gym,pool and sauna as well.
Honestly, one guy is living in a living room who is full-time worker so
I can promise that he wouldn't bother your lifestyle at all.
The apartment has got two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
I and my boyfriend are sharing the master room so only two people
will be sharing the bathroom, which I think pretty good.
Once again, I'm looking for a CLEAN,TIDE AND RESPECTFUL sharemate.
